I’m linking up with the local treasure that is Zuzi Dance to bring my first beloved dance teacher — and friend of 30 years — to Tucson, for an improv and storytelling with the body workshop. I couldn’t be more thrilled!
A master teacher of dance, choreography, and improvisation –Kathy Wildberger — comes to Tucson April, 2026. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to study with an artist whose storytelling through movement has inspired generations. Her passion is infectious, and her gift for collaborating with movers of all levels makes every body welcome—no technique or prior experience required, only a willingness to explore emotion, rhythm, and the stories held in movement.
Bare Bones — “The Class” is designed for adults of all ages: dancers, athletes, yoga practitioners, healers, and anyone who dreams of dance. Through improvisational movement, spirals, breath, and elements of release, participants warm and awaken the body—from skin and fascia to muscle and bone—eventually developing movement phrases into expressive, realized dances. Rooted in deep love for teaching and community, this work celebrates embodied storytelling and the power of dance to connect, communicate, and honor the richness of being human.
